Arabidopsis thaliana transcriptome (tiling array)

Here we present the data from tiling-probe microarray experiment on the Arabidopsis thaliana genome. The probes used in this experiment are 36-mer oligonucleotides chosen uniformly from the whole genome. Measurement was conducted with mRNA samples extracted from the T87 cell-line.

Following options are provided for accessing the data:

a) Access all the supplemental information submitted with the paper.
b) Download raw measurement data.
c) Enter the name of a gene or intron region you are interested in and see plots of signals on both strands for that region.
d) Enter the first and last nucleotide locations of chromosomal segment and view signal for the region.

Data from a previous microarray experiment by Yamada et al. (Science,302,842-846,2003) conducted on four different cell-types using 25-mer oligonucleotide probes are also plotted here so that users can make easy comparisons.
